How can I return a product?

 

The return of the product is possible if it is in perfect condition as received, keeping its original packaging intact. The product must not have been used and must remain free of damage and deterioration. It should be clarified that it must be accompanied by all the necessary documents.

Following your contact with our customer service department, the courier company ACS will be informed in order to receive the products to be returned from your premises. The cost, which amounts to 3,5€ is borne by the customer. However, it is not paid by the customer when the returned product is delivered to the ACS courier company, but is deducted when the amount due is returned by GP Toys to the customer.

If you choose a different courier company for the return of the product, please note that the cost is based on the charges of the respective company. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer and paid to the respective courier company.
