Methods of Payment

1. Payment via Debit/Credit Card

To complete your transactions you may use a Visa debit, credit card or prepaid card, Mastercard, Maestro, Dinners and Dinners issued by Alpha.

All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank’s Alpha e-Commerce electronic payment platform using TLS 1.2 encryption with 128 encryption protocol secure sockets layer (SSL). Encryption is basically a means for encrypting information until it reaches the recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

To complete the transaction you need to fill in the following information: Number, expiration date, CCV and holder name.

If you choose to complete the payment by credit card, you have the option to pay with up to 9 interest-free installments.

Payment upon receipt of the order: Payment can be made in cash on delivery of your order to the employee of the courier company. Cash on delivery has an additional cost of € 2. 

*Payment on delivery is not available for dispatches via a transport agency.

** Please note that cash on delivery is not supported for purchases of € 500 or more.

In such cases, under current tax law the transaction needs to be redeemed by electronic means, i.e. by deposit or credit/debit card or PayPal.

3. Payment via PayPal

Payment is made on the terms of PayPal transactions.

By debiting your PayPal account. By choosing PayPal as payment method you are automatically transferred to the PayPal page to execute the transaction and pay for the order. PayPal is the best known, secure, and reliable intermediary for online transactions. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register here (link), using your debit or credit card or through your bank account.

4. Payment via IRIS

 By direct debit of an IRIS Bank account

You can make your payments directly through the secure web banking environment of 4 systemic banks (Alpha Bank, National Bank, Eurobank, Piraeus Bank). If you choose this payment method, you select the bank with which you cooperate and you are redirected to its e-banking of where you login with your personal codes. Then the payment page appears on the e-banking site, in which the payment details are filled in (company name, amount, etc.). We inform you that there will be no charge on our side if you select this method of payment.

The products included in your order are reserved for you for 3 business days so that you can deposit the payment. If you do not proceed with the deposit, the order will be released and you will be informed by email that the order has been canceled.
