    You can pay for your order in one of the following ways:

    a) Payment by Debit/Credit Card 

    b) Cash on delivery

    c) Payment via Paypal

    The Wish List is a list to which you can add your favorite products and can be used for future purchases. You are required to log in to your account in order to view the contents of the Wish List.

Shipping and deliveries
  • What are the shipping methods?

    Orders are shipped within Greece with the courier company ACS.

    For orders with bulky or overweight products you can choose delivery either via ACS courier company or via a Transport Agency.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Orders are shipped within Greece with the courier company ACS.
    Orders over €50 are shipped FREE of charge within Greece. For orders under €50 the shipping costs are €3,50.

    For orders with bulky or overweight products you can choose delivery either via the courier company ACS and the cost will be based on the volumetric data, or via a Transport Agency and the cost is €10.
     
  • What is the cost of “Cash on delivery”?<br /> <div>&nbsp;</div>

    Payment can be made in cash upon delivery of your order to the courier company's employee. Cash on delivery has an additional cost of 2€.
    Cash on delivery is not available for shipments involving bulky or overweight items. It is also not supported for purchases of 500€ or more.
     
  • What is the estimated time of delivery? <div>&nbsp;</div>

    The delivery time with ACS courier company ranges from 1 to 5 days depending on the destination.
    The delivery time with a Transport Agency varies from 3 to 7 days depending on the destination.
    The delivery time refers to business days and is valid from the moment the order is dispatched. It is indicative and may vary depending on the circumstances.

Returns and credit
  • How can I return a product?<br /> <div>&nbsp;</div>

    The return of the product is possible if it is in perfect condition as received, keeping its original packaging intact. The product must not have been used and must remain free of damage and deterioration. It should be clarified that it must be accompanied by all the necessary documents.

    Following your contact with our customer service department, the courier company ACS will be informed in order to receive the products to be returned from your premises. The cost, which amounts to 3,5€ is borne by the customer. However, it is not paid by the customer when the returned product is delivered to the ACS courier company, but is deducted when the amount due is returned by GP Toys to the customer.

    If you choose a different courier company for the return of the product, please note that the cost is based on the charges of the respective company. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer and paid to the respective courier company.

  • What is “My Account”?<br /> <div>&nbsp;</div>

    The creation of an account concerns your registration to our online store. The entry of your personal data is used in the context of the ordering process. By logging into your account, you can view your order history and access your shopping cart and Wish List.
     
  • Do I need to be a registered user to complete my order?<br /> <div>&nbsp;</div>

    You can complete your order either as a registered user or as a guest. As a registered user, you have access to your information and your order history. As a guest, you need to fill in the necessary fields for your order completion. 
     
  • How can I retrieve my password?<br /> <div>&nbsp;</div>

    In case you forget your password you can retrieve it. Select "Forgot my password" and enter your email address in the corresponding field. You will immediately receive a password recovery email. In case the email does not appear in your email, please check your "Spam" folder.
